SKAÐI
"Wife of Njörðr, woman of cold. She the wanderer of woods; the huntress in the snow. The winter's moon calls to her, with the wolves that follow her. With her bow and arrow, she aims ahead on a stag with no place to roam."

Mythology Olympics tournament round 1
Which mythological figure is better?
Sekhmet
Skaði
Propaganda!
In Egyptian mythology, Sekhmet is a warrior goddess as well as goddess of medicine. Sekhmet is also a solar deity, sometimes given the epithet 'the eye of Ra'. She is often associated with the goddesses Hathor and Bastet. Sekhmet is said to breathe fire, and the hot winds of the desert were likened to her breath. She is also believed to cause plagues (which were described as being her servants or messengers) although she is also called upon to ward off disease and heal the sick.
In Norse mythology, Skaði is a jötunn and goddess associated with bowhunting, skiing, winter, and mountains. Skaði is the daughter of the deceased Þjazi, and Skaði married the god Njörðr as part of the compensation provided by the gods for killing her father Þjazi. In Heimskringla, Skaði is described as having split up with Njörðr and as later having married the god Odin, and that the two produced many children together. In both the Poetic Edda and the Prose Edda, Skaði is responsible for placing the serpent that drips venom onto the bound Loki.

Wrote some rubbish about Skaði. I am expecting arguments.
Skaði is both a jotun and a goddess, associated with hunting, winter, and skiing. She is attested in both the Poetic Edda and the Prose Edda
5 deities honored, 5 prayers burned 5 offerings given and my first yule ritual complete. Hail Hel, Hail Freya, Hail Thor, Hail Skadi, Hail Odin
"Humanity's excessive stupidity is what makes them so dangerous." - Skadi, probably.
