Yaー(・ω・)ノ Sorry it turn out to be the first message for today. Today too was a long day. Tomorrow will be Team E Shonichi so we are reviewing the last details. We had to face all sorts of trouble in the morning, let's hope we will manage something by tomorrow one way or another... Ahh, when I think about tomorrow I get nervous, but excited too, not too sure of how i feel anymore. Such turmoil of emotions! But, and that's what matters! I'm looking forward to it. Yaー(・ω・)ノ I bought shoes online but guess what?! I received something dramatically different from what I ordered. Those things are more than simple urban legends then... The shock dented my spirit for the day. And things of the sort kept happening on and on all day too. Buuーbuuー Plus I also ordered something I wanted to offer as a present but it didn't reach... What am I gonna do now? I've made my peace and am prepared for it to never make it home. Nothing to do about it...(laugh) I really want new shoes though And there are several girls to whom I want to offer shoes too. All the girls' shoes are worn out. Some even have holes because of the extensive dance training. But that's also the sign of their hard work, right? I have to push myself more too! Time to kick my own ass to finally nail that turn. I shall forge myself into an axis!

Yaー(・ω・)ノ Rectifications on 3 points. When I used to reflect upon what it meant to be a leader, I imagined that gaining people trust would be the hardest, a gigantic task. But I think that what is in my power is to carefully look after members one by one, to bear them in my mind and care for them. What really matters isn't to strive to lead everyone while standing ahead by yourself, it's to create an environment where everyone is having fun and keep their motivation running high. I'm still severely lacking confidence, so I might misinterpret some signs and make mistakes. But the answer I found is that I wanted to spend much more time with everyone. Over.*
