komaru/touko obviously. i don't think anyone can disagree with that after dr:ae. they're SO GOOD FOR EACH OTHER. komaru is sweet and patient and takes touko completely for who she is, and touko is protective and tries so hard and is such a great source of strength for komaru. they're in love. they're gonna get married and adopt the soldiers of hope. they're going to argue about shoujo manga forever.
komaru's relationship with genocider syo is confusing because. she's dating touko but that sort of means she's dating syo too AND SHE DOES LEARN TO SEE SYO AS HER OWN ENTITY. syo shares touko's feelings for komaru and she has fun messing with them so it's just something everyone has to adapt to.
kuzu's little sister LMAO this is very shallow shipping but i'm sticking to it because i think it would result in hilarious shenanigans. plus kuzuryuu clan/naegi family dinners.
i imagine komaru having just as big of a crush on sayaka maizono as her brother. perhaps a bit more celebrity-based but still pretty strong. if makoto didn't come back home during the holidays with a personal autograph, there'd be hell to pay.
