🌱 Seedling: What is something you want to begin learning?

Hmmm, I'm not sure. I kinda feel the pull towards resin art, but I know that I can be a klutz, and that could get really messy really fast.

🧵 Thread: What is a recent creative project that you are proud of?

Most of my recent crochet projects, really. The cardigan (even if its shape is...weird), the dolls, the rose with the 3D pouch.

🍃 Leaf: What is a plant you find beautiful?

Bell-shaped flowers. Lily-of-the-Valley, bluebells. But also mountain gentians. And peonies, oddly enough.

Hi! Thank you so much for asking :D 1 - Levitating by Dua Lipa has to be my top feelgood song of the moment 30 - Some time ago I made the faun from Pan's Labyrinth out of polymer clay (FIMO air light) and pearly-white beads for the eyes. He's a tad lopsided and stands 6cm (2.4inch). His chunky little hands and horns were challenging, but he can actually stand/sit, so I'm happy. (pictured here with my slightly lanky succulent, Laura, and her unnamed children).

04. Name a memory from a sunny day that makes you smile?

Hmmm, I remember being on a renaissance fest (why are Mittelaltermärkte called Renaissance Fest???) and just standing there with friends, in costume, talking and laughing the time away. We were sunburned afterwards, but very happy.

05. Steaming cup o' tea or crisp sweet lemonade?

Depends on the weather. The tea when it’s cold and gross outside, the lemonade when it’s hot and...gross outside.

21. Study over practical? 

Hmmm, not necessarily. I would say it depends on the subject matter.

Hmmmm, I don’t have a picture of it now, but I crocheted my first bunny plushie! The embroidered face is terrifying though, so I’ll probably redo it, but the fact that I had the patience to finish such a thing…I’m really proud of it for some reason.

12. if you could make a candle that smelt like anything, what would you pick?

Petrichor, probably. Or the scent of freshly fallen snow.

26. the film you watched most recently that you could watch again and again

Aaah sorry to disappoint - I’m reading more books than watching movies lately.

Oh she already does. XD Apparently it really was only a mild case of the stomach flu, and she’s already recovering. She went for a small-ish lunch with a friend yesterday (I think she had a sandwich? Wich is better than nothing). I’ll be extending your well-wishes to her though. :3

Job interview tomorrow and I’m pretty excited! :D The best advice I’ve come across is: if someone has offered you an interview, they probably hope you’ll be The One™ (so they’re kinda rooting for you, isn’t-that-nice?). To any job interviewees out there: best of luck! You will get where you want to be even if it takes a couple of tries and one or two detours along the way.
