I am reviving the underwhelmingly successful daveSMASH.sketchesFOOLS project, b/c I have been completely awful at keeping my pencil on paper of late. SO! I am enlisting you, my dearest of friends, to take interesting pictures for me to draw and send them to [email protected] Ideally, I would like things with lots of fine detail, especially beards, crazy hair, ties, collars, coats, glasses, et cetera. And hands. Hands are a bitch and I need to make them mine (as in my bitch... Right? What?) AND! If you happen to have an excessively weird or interesting picture, I may even be tempted to build a tiny bit of fiction around it, as I've only been writing boring stuff for submission lately and would like some mindless fun.
