i feel like komahinanami as a trio have such an interesting relationship with death that i don't feel for the other trios, and that's what appeals to me most about them over naegirigami and saioumota

nagito yearns for and causes his own death to bring something greater

hajime doesn't mind his own metaphorical death if it means he's reborn as something greater

chiaki is made to die when she wants to live and help cause something greater

it's all for hope. but that doesn't mean they all go into it the same way. and it culminates in chapter 5 especially. such a fun domino effect
