okay so if you go by the law of vibration and take into account that joey can manipulate vibrations, theoretically he could tear apart anything in the universe. this would take a massive amount of focus and energy though. and joey will likely never have enough of either to do something huge like destroy a planet. eventually though (waaaaay down the line with a lot of training) he could generate enough force to destroy a city or maybe a small country.
at the moment though his powers are still developing. he’s learning the ability to sense the different vibrational frequencies of everything, and can manifest concentrated blasts. anything on a wider scale -- eg. taking down a building, ripping apart something like a truck -- is still an involuntary response, usually to a stressful situation and he’ll have no control over it. he’s only ten and has a long way to go in mastering his powers.
