Sooo ... I am beyond pooped!! Yesterday all day in the kitchen, today all day in the kitchen and then the skills comp then tomorrow all day in the kitchen.. Good grief :P BUTTTT that hard work has paid off. I came in 2nd! The girl across from me came first (she was lovely no hate lo) burned myself.. I grabbed on to a pot that just came out of the oven without thinking lol oops. Got a lovely tshirt :) got feedback too from the judges. One of them was the head chef at earles and he said he like my garnish and that it was cute lol :) tho still waiting for tomorrow's results :P this was one interesting skills comp for me especially because it was my first..
