Reflecting on skills, skills, and more skills 😎

The research done for my RWS helped me understand the cultural diversity in the field of nursing. Before having to do this assignment I would of never imagine the struggle there is in nursing, and the importance of having different cultures in the field. My topic was "Cultural diversity in nursing." Having this topic I created a literature review and it was pretty hard at first, but then I got the hang of it. The research I did on this topic taught me new stuff making me think more about my future career in nursing. The importance of learning all this was to prepare me for the future. Not only the nursing information will help me prepare but also having to do all this research helped me understand what to expect in the future. Professionally I will be able to conduct future interviews as I did with Dr. Morales. The interview with him took a big part in my paper now that he focused on diversity in nursing and he told me about his experiences I the field. Recently I had advising for the summer semester, and I will be taking Speech in the summer. 😩 Having this experience of developing communication will help me in this course. Now that before giving the interview I was so scared of it. Now I know it is not bad having to speak with new people 😁
