One last ski tour yesterday before driving home and back to work today. Yesterday was awesome - we did an easy tour to finish off and it was just so nice! In France in January I "complained" to one of my friends that we never do anything pleasant, meaning that I love doing all the epic stuff but we rarely do anything that's simply enjoyable, and ever since whenever we do something gnarly he'll be like "so is this pleasant enough for you anka" 🤣 but on a more serious note I have since been trying to do a few more nice things along with the hard ones, and this one definitely counts. And it was awesome in its own way to walk up a mountain and ski down it and never feel out of my comfort zone, and just enjoy the perfect weather and scenery.

Being back to work feels a little extra rough today haha and I'm dreaming about the days when going home will mean going to the mountains, but at least I've got plenty of memories from the past week to keep me going.
