I couldn’t stop thinking of this post by @gaywarcriminals …it painted such a vivid picture I needed to desperately draw…thank you for this blessed text….

Also— this is my first attempt at a skinzun!! C’: very heavily influenced by @acewendino ‘s cute design of him, except a tad soggier :b

I love Skinzun as SJ's son because imagine Peak Lord Shen has just finished berating you for half a shichen leaving you kowtowing on the ground & on the brink of a stress induced breakdown, and as SJ turns to leave you feel a warm little paw step on your hand. You look up and Peak Lord Shen's horrible little cat homunculus child is staring at you with a warm, almost motherly expression. Its eyes are full of understanding and reassurance, the polar opposite of the man whose face it shares. You want to burst into tears and tell it all your woes, but you never get the chance, for only a second later it bounds off to follow its father as he sweeps out of the room.
