Did this fun commission for the wonderful T3RMINUS! Who helped me out and grabbed a big stream slot from me!
This was a hilariously fun idea to do. This huge dragon trying to use this teeeeeny tiny computer! And getting a little frustrated by the size difference!
I made a couple of Skin Deep fancharacters. I stumbled upon this comic around a week ago and I've read it like 3 times already. It's a really awesome comic. Like, REALLY awesome. So go give it a read!
Also dang, I put much more effort into this pic than I probably should have. :'D
Oh and, yeah yeah, BEHOLD as I ONCE AGAIN make fan-characters for something and then don't do anything with them for next 5000 years until I stumble upon them, once again :'D. But who knows, maybe I'll make a fanfic or a fancomic or something centered around them when I have time. We'll see.
Bios (from left to right):
1*-Name: Edna Thea Banholzer -Age: 19
- Bugbear
Edna is a freethinker and very much into punk. Although she grew up with a human mother and her bugbear-father left them shortly after her birth like bugbears usually do, her father sometimes visited, because leaving a bugbear child that one day will surely turn and be unpredictable with an inexperienced human mother generally is a very bad idea. It's still unknown how exactly her parents relationship came to be. It just kind of happened. She's currently in a relationship with Jennifer, despite her parent's initial disapproval. She also has been friends with Viola since kindergarten, despite their extreme differences.
2*-Name: Jennifer Banks -Age: 18
- Totem (Mountain Lion)
Jennifer's family originally came from America. Her mother is a totem while her father is a human. Again, it's not really known how the relationship between her parents happened. It just did. After her father got an interresting job offer in germany, both she and her mother came with him. Her mother now runs a small avalon, a store for artifacts and the likes, in the Town of Hagen. Jennifer is a little bit sassy and rude, but she's usually one you can trust with problems. She cares, believe it or not. She's currently in a relationship with Edna. She has a think Hoodies and Jackets that are actually way to big.
3*-Name: Viola Gloria Pagani -Age: 19
- Human
(The protagonist, should I ever get to write something.) Viola is a young, shy and timid hairdresser from Dortmund. Just a while ago, she still could call her life normal. She had a nice apprenticeship in a nice hair studio in a town nearby, her boyfriend of four years still was as friendly and loving as ever, and she lived a relatively nice and relaxed life... That is, until she stumbled upon her boyfriend during a very inconvenient moment, where he promptly revealed himself as a gryphon to her. Now she must realize that her life wasn't as "normal" as she always thought... Even if this whole thing still makes her highly uncomfortable.
4*-Name: Emil Kühn -Age: 18
- Opinicus (Maned Gryphon)
An art student and Viola's boyfriend. Emil is very timid for a guy and usually stops functioning properly in stressful situations. In other words, he's the perfect match for Viola. Emil recieved his Medallion from his aunt, despite his father's disapproval to this, and turned on his 15th birthday shortly after he and Viola got together. He tried putting off telling her about this for as long as possible... but this didn't work out so well. Now he's doing his best to make her feel comfortable with this whole situation.
5*-Name: Anton Kopp -Age: 20 - Nachtkrapp (Ibis)
Anton may seem a bit cold and rude at first. But don't let this fool you, he's actually a giant softie with an especially soft spot for children. He, however, has developed some trust issues after his parents kicked him out after he turned. It wasn't even his fault, he found his medallion in the basement burried among all of his grandma's stuff! He did his best in making his life turn to the better and it actually worked. He now has a pretty sweet job in a music store. Talking about music, he's actually a really good singer and sometimes even sings in the Hagen Theatre.

First let me clarify some things. :'D First, I didn't initially know if Totems and Humans sometimes mix but after a quick review of the comic my response was "Probably... Perhaps... I think?" So I just did it with Jennifer. Should it turn out to not be a thing tho, I am ready to retcon Jennifer a bit. We'll see. :O
Same with Anton. I made him because I wanted a typically germanic mythological species (Like full germanic, as most of german mythology is shared with the nordic countries.), since the eventual fanfic I maybe would make one day then would be set in Germany (yeah yeah, the german guy writes a fic set in germany. And in the town here he lives. Best stick to "Write what you know", huh?) Should nachtkrapps be NOT a thing in the Skin Deep universe, or should they be non-sentient or not have medallions, I'll probably make him something else. But I haven't seen any nachtkrapps in Skin Deep yet so I thought I should make one myself. :'P Oh and he's actually more based on a "Good Nachtkrapp" personality-wise.
