Aaaaaaa I love drawing milos
I have finished the Skinjackers trilogy and I can honestly say that it is unlike anything I’ve ever read.
The last few chapters of the final book are like a rollercoaster and I’m so here for it. Honestly, the characters were so diverse and their relationships held so much meaning, i will never forget them. GEEZE I just want to hug each and every one of them.
Ya did good Neal. Thank you for making this.
you guys I'm (finally) reading Everwild (by Neal Shusterman, second in his Skinjackers trilogy) and oh my god it is literally so good like, I read Everlost years ago, I think in '08 or '09? and it was great, I loved it, I bought Everwild right after, and I think I started it? but something happened, I don't remember what, and I never read it all. and it's sat on my to-read shelf ever since, not bc I didn't want to read it, but bc I just never got around to it. but now that I'm working nights I'm going through a book a day some weeks and I discovered the Skinjackers trilogy is on YouTube the other day so I was like "sure, let's finally read the rest of it" and you guys. you guys why did I not read the rest of this series sooner i don't even know how to describe how and why it's so good. the writing is clever and imaginative and evocative, as shusterman's writing always is, the worldbuilding is beyond amazing, the characters are deliciously complex (sometimes literally, hyuck hyuck), and the plot twists are fabulous. I'm almost done Everwild now and I honestly have no idea what Everfound is gonna be about because basically everything is happening in this one??? but I am so excited to find out jesus christ I'm listening to it right now and it is BLOWING MY MIND I can't even with this series so yeah. consider this my recommendation (more like commandment) that you read this series. and then read the Unwind dystology (next on my to-read list!!! since I only ever read the first two). and then everything else Neal Shusterman has ever written, bc he's just the greatest.

She loved him. It was not a simple love- it was as deeply complicated as true love should be, full of strength and vulnerability, joy and frustration. A powerful connection between them, more tangible than eternity.
