Nike Run Camp w/ a special appearance by Allyson Felix. Did 7 miles on the day. I’m cool w/ that.
Still here. Still working. 2016 was a horrible year and is finally behind me. Had to do a few cleanses to my life and get some fresh starts. Joined a new box. My last one was great but I got stale there. New faces and new competition drives me now.
I talked to Will, the owner of my gym on things to do to fix my shoulders. He says the issues on my shoulders cause me to over-compensate with one should and I could get seriously injured. Adding to my list of getting back into shape: Flexibility and Rehabbing old injuries.
