Not all too long ago I decided to define etymologies and names for the named, to which I have already previously covered which you can check out here, though in this post they'll just be quickly talked about and referenced again, and the unnamed regions of 2009 Bara Magna and lands bordering beyond respectively. Below is the list of named and prior utterly unnamed locations.
Vulcanus |pn.| "Mountain of Fire" [from vülkanus "of the Vülka" whom were a group of eastern Bone Hunters in many years past who had left a major mark on the settlement during the period of the Tajunite Hegemony, which the word later got renalized into vul-ka(n)-us, vul "red, out of fire", ka(n) being related to -ka "place, designation, region" itself from a slight semantically shifted sense of "the wills, the nature of", and the nominative ending of -us]
Tajun |pn.| "Prodigy by the Sea" [from thal-ginun, thal "shore, valley" and ginun "prodigy, genetic continuinity" holding to it's past history as being the head of state of a Hegemony]
Tesara |pn.| "The Oasis" [tesara actually has various different etymons to it's name, but the most presently accepted etymology is thus: teis "portion, oasis, spot" and ara "field, outlying open plain", however the alternative roots for tes include tes "of/from" > te-s "me/us from", tesz "we, our" > tesaz "us overcoming to a new" > te-s-az, tehs "split, two parted" > te-ha-is "to separate into two from one"]

Atero |pn.| "Homeland" [from a-teir-o, with a- being the nominative-accusative prosthesis vowel originally used to specify the subject of an argument, teir, a variant of teira and tera, meaning "land, place, location" and the signifying particle -o]
Roxtus |pn.| "Rusted Heights" [from earth Agori Rháǒshtìex meaning "Head/Summit Rusted", which diminished and shifted over time, Rháǒshtìex < Roshtakh < Roxtus]
Ahuadara |pn.| "Creep Canyon" [from ahua "to creep, to sneak about" and dara "canyon"]
Karatos |pn.| "Dark Falls" [from kara-toso, literally just "dark falls", with kara "dark, brackish" of note have a very ancient original form of esikeit, and toso "falls, to fell before, to fall upon"]
Afjarlaz |pn.| "Dunes of Treason" [from the quite ancient name Aza Omsterel, with aza "dune, flow of sand" and omsterel "to be at peril, to be at danger" from an earlier form of em-stas-el "toward repeated anguish" and the modern double negating ending of -az believed to be in-part reanylized from aza]
Erigonox |pn.| "Elbow Peak" [from ereg-an-ox, ereg "elbow, bending pount of the arm", with -an taked on to represent the individualness of it, however vowel-shifted from a to o, and the augmentative ending -ox]

Gora Klasadus |pn.| "Forest of Swords" [literally just "forest of swords" from Gora "forest" and Klasadus "(of) swords"]
Alnaduro |pn.| "Gatherers Hideout" [from alekiurhan anadturo, with alekiurhan being an older form of leguari "gatherer" and anadturo coming from ana-dtur "one such self hidden away" and the signifying particle -o]
Algesa |pn.| "Gatherer's Ridge" [from alekiurhan usuan, with alekiurhan being an older form of leguari "gatherer" and usuan being a word related to or an earlier version of uzan "drift, rift, ford across"]
Fonastus |pn.| "Hot Springs" [from the earlier word faunatus "hot springs, natural fountain", the placename also has an older longer name of Faunateo Aesara]
