If your hip is still bothering you - try standing with your feet together, then pick one up and put it down on the OTHER side of the foot still on the ground so you’re standing with your legs crossed. Then bend down to touch your toes and keep your knees straight, and try not to swear too loudly.

Probably pick up the foot on the hip that hurts first but try both.

Otherwise try lying on your back with your feet towards a wall but the wall is at knee level so your legs have to be in a chair position to fit, and push against the wall like you’re trying to slide away on your back, but try not to actually move. (Works better on carpet!)

😅 that's not a problem, I don't really use cuss words and swears like most people.
