Honestly though… Whistle was actually a great movie. Why are people hating? An ancient curse that calls death early and the creepy thing that wants to kill them is literally their future self at the time they were supposed to die. Brilliant idea. Lesbians at the core of it all, kissing to some Concrete Blonde and willing to die for each other even if they met about 48 hours ago. Phenomenal idea. Loved it. I recommend.

Summary: A group of high school students, including troubled new arrival Chrys (Dafne Keen), find and blow an Aztec death whistle. They soon start dropping dead.

Not bad enough in interesting way, but not boring; very basic. The Foo Fighters of 2026 horror (thus far).
