I just realized that there are a few changes in my life compared to the last school year. I thought I'll make a post about the positive changes because it's a proof: anyone can change. Maybe you need more willpower, but step by step, even with little changes you can accomplish beautiful things.
I became a morning person. Last year I didn't go to bed when I was supposed to, I didn't resist the power of social media. Now I try to get enough sleep and to be productive in the morning too. I feel so pleased when I read at least 15 minutes in the morning, in my opinion it's a really good way to start a day.
I track my habits. Last year I didn't manage to pick up habits, I wasn't enduring enough. Now I feel much better because I improve from day to day thanks for my habits.
I defined my priorities. Last year when I got home from school I did useless things, like scrolling through my social media. Now I try to do firstly the things that help me reach my goals.
I set up goals. Last year I didn't really have clear goals. Now I know where I want to be, though I always need to keep in mind my goals to live my life in accord with them.
I got rid of my so-called friend. I had been friends with a girl for a long time. I knew she had a bad effect on my personality but I didn't know how to "break up" with her. This summer I just rejected her when she called me out and now we aren't close. I feel relieved that now I don't have "friends" who have a negative effect on my life.
I think, I hope this is just a beginning. I want to accomplish many things which need a strong-willed character.
