It's so exhausting when so many of your favorite YouTubers get proven to be awful people.
SkyDoesMinecraft was an idol of mine when I was younger, along with plenty of other YouTubers. They formed my childhood and inspired me to start my own internet presence someday.
These allegations are incredibly serious and detailed.

The first post is from their ex, Elizabeth and is priority number one to read but I would suggest reading the others as they help scope out the point of view from others.
It's odd as a simple viewer when somebody you once looked up to is an awful person as it makes you feel like you need to cut that part of you away. When you idolize somebody awful, it makes you feel wrong.
I haven't been a viewer of theirs's since TeamCrafted disbanded yet I still feel sick to my stomach knowing that I, along with so many others, supported an awful person. I'm glad I got out before too much came to light so I never defended them but for those that did in the past, it's ok.
They brainwashed so many people for so long and as long as you don't defend them now, it's ok and understandable that you defend them then.
