Been reading some of my old LJ posts from 2005 for nostalgia and on one I mention a fanfic archive called Skyehawke. Omg who remembers Skyehawke?? I don't know what happened to it, I definitely had fics on there. Think it's gone now.

I miss LJ, those were the good times. I might try to post on there every now and then just to keep it alive.

Does this GPS watch infringe this design patent? That’s one claim raised in the draft complaint that prompted this declaratory judgment suit.

Curiously, the accused infringer doesn’t seek declaratory judgment of noninfringement. Perhaps because it’s so difficult to determine the actual scope of this design patent?
