Does this GPS watch infringe this design patent? That’s one claim raised in the draft complaint that prompted this declaratory judgment suit.

Curiously, the accused infringer doesn’t seek declaratory judgment of noninfringement. Perhaps because it’s so difficult to determine the actual scope of this design patent?
