I'm actually in school to become a teacher. I'll try and keep all the horror stories shared here in mind so I don't become that bitch teacher everyone hates.

Be the favourite teacher. It'll be awesome. All the kids will like you and look up to you and as a result they'll learn well and you'll get all the best grades, and when the other teachers ask you your secret, you can just look at them all mysteriously and be like "I got them ... to like me". 

Being a teacher ... man, I don't know why people would want to be so horrible to the kids. If it gets to the point where a teacher feels they need to be, I honestly think they should quit. They forget what sort of position they're in, especially with very young kids who actually get excited about school. It's just awesome to think you have all these minds and it's up to you to teach them things and that's such a responsible and exciting position that I don't get why some teachers seems to enjoy terrorising kids so much. You can't teach unhappy kids the same way you can teach happy, comfortable ones.
