       The CYBORG was no stranger to being MANHANDLED by his half-brother, begrudgingly hunching his SHOULDERS to accommodate for the boy’s SHORTER STATURE. However, Yozora adamantly refused to SMILE upon command, resulting in a SPECTRUM of emotion, IMMORTALISED in a single frame.

mayhap he was oblivious, but he never realized how different past riku is from the current. the current riku was more calm, collected, at ease with himself, however, this version of riku was more... angry, brash even. maybe it's because sora kept poking at him, with that smug, cheeky grin of his. a digit lightly boops him in the forehead, " aw, riku! you're so small! like a little chihuahua! " he was literally asking for it.

He still had so many questions, whirling around in his head and enough to make him feel dizzy.

This—- was Sora?

There was a lot to think about - he was older, most certainly, taller – that, at the very least, made something in his veins simmer, especially with how he smirked at him, smug and cheeky – and it’s all a bit too much.

He’s never seen Sora grin like that, voice octaves deeper than the boy with baby fat still on his cheeks that he’s used to.

There’s something in his eyes, too—- something that made him uneasy.He didn’t like it ; not one bit.

Then again – he didn’t quite like the way he was being teased, now, either.

“Wh—-”

He sputtered as a result, internally doing his best so as not to allow warmth to flood his cheeks - but it’s centered at his forehead, instead, where a bronzed, palm-gloved digit has pressed its weight.

He—-Has no idea what to make of any of this.

But why does it make him feel so sad?

And, a question he didn’t want to ask but was hammering in his chest anyway—-

Where was he?If there was a Sora—- surely there was a Riku, too?

Unless—-

“Looks like you haven’t grown much, no matter how long it’s been ; you’re only the same height as me.”

Which was weird beyond his years, and he kind of hated it, actually - but that was probably visible in his gaze and tone.

“What are you looking at, kid? Do I know you? Do you know me?” The man asked towards the other. He couldn’t be certain, but this kid could also summon a weapon at will. Like him. So maybe? He didn’t remember who he was a part from two names - Noctis and Noct. The second he realized must of been a shorter preference. Some of what he was capable of had come back as muscle memory, but that was it. He was smart enough to realize Twilight Town was not where he was from. No one approached that seemed to know him.
