Thanks for this ask! I planned on doing a short comic about signs I should’ve seen but haven’t gotten to it yet (also, not impolite at all!)

Before we realized or even learned about plurality/multiplicity it always just felt like we had an inconsistent personality… my+ likes and dislikes kept fluctuating, the way I spoke, the way I wanted to dress. It never crossed my mind that it was just different parts. I think the one that makes me laugh is that one part spent a whole day drawing assets and making a carrd, then everyone hated it the next day because it was all orange…that was frustrating to experience

Another thing that was happening was that I found myself talking to myself. Whenever I needed a decision made I would hear two parts talk about it, or would get in an argument about something. I would just say “I have an active mind” because there’s always someone thinking, which is still true! After figuring out what’s going on I don’t feel as embarrassed to talk to myself, because it’s not just me!

Realizing who is who was a little more difficult. It took a while and we’re still figuring it out! I think the first part I could differentiate was “Slate,” because internally they have a slightly different way of speaking internally, they draw differently, and they have different ways of life than the rest. Everyone has different ways of speaking internally so it’s a bit hard to ignore… differences are definitely subtle since, along with autism, we tend to mask and act like one single person by mashing all the traits people like of us…so not many of us are very different.. lately with our friends we’ve been much more open though!

My best advice I can give you is that only YOU can know if you’re plural.. and my plural comics are just one experience. I would definitely recommend doing a lot of research into plurality and dissociative disorders, since there’s multiple ways to experience it. And, it’s totally okay to be wrong! Don’t worry about faking it, if you’re experiencing something, then you’re experiencing it..

Sky wants to do a comic about their fronting experience with Navy because it’s more unique than others… Crimson appears with everyone but he doesn’t bother me much because I don’t think they enjoy me questioning them/that their scare tactics don’t work on me

I joined a plural server (ty jackalope for inviting me) and I’m so embarrassed because I’m so boring.i talked about animal crossing for like an hour and got so embarrassed.breaking news the comic artist you enjoy is the most average guy ever

I might be late, but I'll ask anyways. I think one of you mentioned in your posts that Slate wears tanktops and it made me wonder if you each have favorite or preferred clothes/styles?

Definitely but good clothes are hard to find and.expensive sometimes (ok probably not but I’m a cheap bastard the most I’ve paid for a shirt was 30 dollars and doing that made me feel sick for like two days straight) also 4 different people worked on this one.so sorry if it looks like ass
