Intro post! Our system name is “the orchard!” Online, everyone uses they/them pronouns and we have a color for our name and our sona. Our comics are here @orchardsys !!

I want to give a disclaimer before you send any asks.. we are not professionals, we’re just people trying to get by. We don’t know everything and are always learning and reading more about it!! If you send an ask that we cannot answer, we’ll most likely just say something along the lines of “if anyone else can answer please do in replies” or maybe not answer it depending on the contents. We do enjoy asks about ourselves though (might even draw for some of them!)

Also we’re not involved in any type of syscourse… idgaf what your origin is you’re all welcome here!!

This probably isn’t needed but I feel like I should share.. we like reading comments. We don’t respond or interact with them, but we really like reading comments. So don’t be shy!!

i preferred the old blue design honestly.

I’m glad people liked my guy’s design but I importantly.did not

I think after some time I just grew bothered with the fact my expressions weren’t working correctly?? I do think the close dot eyes are a cool design trait just.. not for me… I don’t know how to explain it other than it started to look creepy??? And plus I really enjoy how orange has drawn my sonas eyes before

And actually I’m not the only one whose design has changed! Some may have just gone unnoticed! Slate originally wasn’t supposed to have open eyes but they got mad they couldn’t do expressions right too so they changed it.. actually the first comic they drew themselves had the eye change!

Bubblegum never used to be small and never had their paper crown.. and Crimson wasn’t even a hare!! He used to be.a square…..also I think Lilac used to have a nose?? But she didn’t want to seem TOO out of place so it was removed

We’re trying to get used to adding Pine’s little nose spot but sometimes we forget… also Orange is supposed to have a tail idk if they forgot that or we just haven’t had the chance to draw it (we’re also trying to add ear fluff because they look too mouse-like)

Whenever people ask us for advice we always go I don’t knowwww I don’t knowwww! When.youre still figuring things out yourself it’s very hard to answer some questions.. I’m just trying to get by and draw comics.. we’ve always existed, and we’ve always drawn ourselves as our own sonas… we can just describe it better now!

When sky looked up what it meant I was kinda like.oh that’s why we’re always inconsistent with how we act! And they were like noooo I cant be because of this and this.like okay but have you considered that and that

do you guys have common pairs that front and or function together? for better or for worse lolz. theres a teenager in my brain scaring the toddler in my brain<3

Sky wants to do a comic about their fronting experience with Navy because it’s more unique than others… Crimson appears with everyone but he doesn’t bother me much because I don’t think they enjoy me questioning them/that their scare tactics don’t work on me

Mostly! It’s a bit complicated since Lime doesn’t seem to front by themselves?? They’re more of a “passive” presence but let’s be real.they would only save bird pictures…they seem to enjoy the things I save though! Lilac and Auburn have their own boards and of course their art boards, but don’t use them too often

Crimson’s board has only a few pins from a couple months ago and Bubblegum’s board is composed of what we remember them having in the past before they deleted it

I love my block game…I enjoy building but coming up with stuff woof it’s bad…. I had a blast rebuilding the door in sfawtde in my survival world
