nick was tellin me the other day about the paralyzing perk for bows and how its calculates when the arrow fires whether it will paralyze them or not, not when it hits. which frequently results in them falling over paralyzed and your shot missing. which is goofy.

but ok i also have the perk where bound weapons dismiss summoned creatures

so i tried to shoot a draugr, my familiar fell over paralyzed thereby causing me to miss it and avoiding dismissing it accidentally, and instead of the draugr falling over and me missing it, i hit and killed it
