Brienne, Lucrezia, Hester, Ginny, Wanda (hopefully you can figure this out w/out last names or contexts)

Brienne—MY LOVE, MY ANGEL, MY TRUE KNIGHT. I am always a fan of fiercely idealistic and compassionate people and Brienne is very much so. And her particular masculinity/femininity struggle and self-esteem issues are groundbreaking.

Hester—definitely not  particularly idealistic or compassionate, but also in a very groundbreaking and sympathetic way. Hester is part of a violent, caught-between-redemption-and-self-destruction cadre of antiheroes that is very much a boys’ club, and I love her for it. Plus, like Brienne, she’s ugly, and that story needs to be told too.

Ginny—God, Ginny is so underrated. I feel like she’s underutilized in canon more than the other two, and certainly in movie canon *sobs* but she is a magnificent, passionate, active characters. And fiercely brave and a total survivor and my love.

Lucrezia—I only recently got into this whole mess but Lucrezia is a perfect, flawless, cutie pie. Who also fucks other people’s shit up and is very morally complex. While being a precious cutie pie. I just really like her a lot ugh I can’t articulate this.

Wanda—I love Wanda, but I haven’t read as much about her, so I don’t know as much as I have thru long-term fandom of the first three, and recent obsessive interest in Lucrezia. But she is also extremely flawless in terms of representation and interesting and powerful and very cute.

You totally know that Brienne would let all the kids borrow their stuff all the time because "there are so many of them all by themselves it must be so hard for them" 

and Jaime's like, "yeah but that doesn't mean you should just give them all our kitchenware."

I decided not to go the easy route and just do a Hogwarts AU, I don't know why, apparently I'm a masochist. This was super hard I'm sorry it's taken so long. 

No-one in Westeros knew more than the Master of Whisperers. He knew, for example, that Sirius Black rotted in the black cells for a crime he had not committed; he knew who was truly responsible, keeping an eye on the Master of Coin at all times (Petyr Pettigrew might not be a very distinguished name, but it is better than "Wormtail"); he knew that even in this new kingdom of fear there were still those who whispered of the Bastard King, the Usurper, The Snake King. 

But he also knew that in a house with a red door, far across the Narrow Sea, there was a baby being nursed by the Potters' last loyal bannerman. 

It was a waiting game, that he knew as his silks swished softly across the stone floor of the Red Keep, but Albus had always been good at waiting.
