Hiya! I saw your post about Nebula and saw that they love lgbt rep and anime so if they haven't seen it already i'd recommend Attack on Titan! It's got one of my favourite canon sapphic pairings who have great character arcs AND a canon enby character whom i adore + The whole show/manga in general is amazing so i thought it might be something they'd enjoy!
