The Technics SL-1200 (and it's later sibling the SL-1210) was introduced in 1972 and for decades was the turntable of choice for DJs. Panasonic stopped producing them in 2010, the end of an era.
This is an SL-1210MK5G, a special gloss black edition released in 2002 for the 30th anniversary.
