Ah gee, I believe the ask I sent in the past was something like this? How do the Elgang react to Demonio!Ciel's loss of human emotions? Maybe how he feels, too? Something like that.
Elsword is confused. Who’s the creepy dude behind Lu? What, that’s Ciel? Man, did he let himself go. Elsword isn’t actually concerned until Ciel’s lack of morals begins to show, in which case he focuses on setting boundaries for the duo. He doesn’t show it, but he occasionally grieves the loss of his teammate.
Aisha is rattled by Ciel’s change. She looks through spell books to find a way to reverse the transformation, but the only information she finds is on the horrific side-effects that demonic energy has on human bodies. She almost takes comfort in the fact that things could have ended much worse than they had.
Rena is shocked. Ciel was such a kind, caring person, so seeing him with such a dead look in his eyes is unnerving. However, this isn’t the first time Rena has lost someone in such a way. She honors his deeds and moves on, making sure here and there that he and Lu are getting everything they need.
Raven isn’t too surprised, but he still pays tribute to Ciel’s memory by looking out for him and Lu in ways that Ciel himself no longer can. He’s more wary of them now, but he still backs them up on the battlefield.
Eve isn’t affected as much as some of the other members, but she understands that Ciel is no longer who he was. She honors his memory on her own time.
Chung mourns the loss of his comrade, understanding that the man he once knew and looked up to is no more. With a silent salute and prayer that his fellow gunman may find peace in his existence, he vows to prevent anyone else from meeting Ciel’s fate.
Ara has a meltdown when she first sees him and is absolutely heartbroken for weeks afterwards. Once again, a member of her family has been stolen away by a demonic influence. She can’t help but blame Lu, but gets over it when she realizes that Lu is just as pained as herself, if not more so.
Elesis can’t decide if she’s relieved or not. On one hand, she was correct in assuming that it was only a matter of time before Ciel showed his true colors as a demon, meaning she no longer has to worry over when he would turn. On the other hand, she notices the haze of anxiety and despair his transformation has caused the Elgang. Maybe he wasn’t so bad when he still acted human…
Add refuses to admit it, but he’s crushed by Ciel’s loss of emotions. Ciel was one of the few members that Add actually got along with, so his transformation hits him fairly hard. It’s made worse when he can no longer enjoy sweets as much; none are as tasty as Ciel’s baking, but his pastries now taste bland and unappealing.
Lu is glad that Ciel can more efficiently cater to her orders… at first, that is. After a few weeks of lifeless staring and hollow words, she begins to mourn the loss of her best friend and soulmate.
Ciel doesn’t care. He has no memory of who he once was, and has no intention of regaining it. However, he sometimes develops an ache in his chest when he bears witness to his mistress’s grief.
Rose was already wary of the half-demon before his transformation. Now that he’s devoid of humanity? She always has a bullet or two loaded just for him should he notice her and deem her a threat.
Ain, unlike the other members, doesn’t see the big deal about Ciel’s transformation. Filth is filth, no matter how it presents itself. He’d figured that Ciel’s humanity would dissipate over time, anyway. At least he no longer felt the need to offer Ain any of that disgustingly sweet human food.
