So I'm fed up of this shit, afternoon is a terrible word and I'm done pretending it's not

Morning and Evening, beautiful, easy to use lyrically and works well as greeting with just a nod as you pass your coworker

but afternoon... AFTERNOON!

it's ugly. doesn't fit the patterns of the other two, too many syllables. no -ing ending so I can't drop the g like the cool cat I am

So I propose we replace afternoon with a new word and greeting,
