Good. #slap45days2 ended yesterday, and I feel good about it. I didn't meet every goal, and I'm strangely okay with that. In the last 45 days my life has changed so drastically that I think it's okay that I didn't make it to the gym 5x a week or have a protein shake every day. I had two stomach ulcers that had me out of the gym off and on for the first month of the challenge. In the last two weeks I have quit my job, started a new job, moved in to a new apartment, and ended a chapter of my life that was almost 7 years long. I think it is so important to have goals that you work towards, but I also think it is important to role with the punches. I managed to gain 3 lbs over the last 45 days, instead of losing weight like I usually do when I'm stressed. I'm running faster and longer, and working on doing a 5k in September. I finally set the goal of getting on stage in a bikini next summer. I'm slowly finding the balance between bulking and eating healthy. I'm good. I've been stressed as hell lately, but I've also taken the time to do things that make me happy. I've got all sorts of different goals for the next year, and a lot of those were realized by focusing during this challenge. @slap.prez @slapnutrition
