OK no China here yet but after accepting my offer on this home and then blowing me off the bank thought they would get more $ if they auctioned it so I bid well 10 days later even after being the highest bidder I only have an oral agreement for the home By the way for anyone that looks to buy a foreclosure home thru an auction Let me just say do not and I really really really hope you never use Hudson & Marshall Some of the sh*t they have pulled is well I won t go there On a happier note pic of the living room with built in bookcases tiled fire place ( don t know if it works yet ) and french doors that lead out to huge front porch And ignore that nasty capeting I checked and yes all the original wood floors are still thru out the house they need minor sanding and refinishing #slatternhouse5 #vintage #craftsmanstyle #newoldhouse #moving # auctions #foreclosures
