"Yes?"
One of the perks (or, depending on how you look at it, downsides) of being a Jack was being alerted to trouble. It wasn't like a siren would go off, but rather the Mark of Suit would send signals to your mind giving a location and directions to trouble. At first, it's hard to make sense of it all, but when you've been doing it as long as Club has, you get the hang of it.
Which was why he had no trouble knowing where to go, leading the horse to where his Mark of Suit directed him.
It turned out to be deep in the woods, right where a woman with fiery hair seemed to have encountered an Anima Rapientem. Those creatures were rather wolf-like, with antlers that would fit better on a deer. They were thin, and floating above them was an illusion of their skeleton. Often trailing behind them were wisps, or souls, which was where it got the name, which translated to Soul Snatcher.
They weren't hard to deal with, just annoying. They couldn't be killed, just sent away, but the problem was they didn't stay gone for long.Sliding off the horse with speed, Club produced a torch from the horses saddle-bag (those bags were filled with all sorts of weapons for any emergency) and slid it along the ground, striking a flame. The weapon was tossed to the Anima Rapientem, and once it connected with the beast both fizzled out of existence. It was a shame to watch the torch disappear with the monster, but it was for the overall good of... that stranger.
"♣...Hey." Club said, gruff as ever. "♣The hell're you doin' way out here?" While a normal person would ask if she was alright, he got to the only question he thought was important at the moment.
((slave-to-the-fates: Yesyesyes :> Plotting is goooood :D
Summer: By likin' this, I'm assumin' you'd like to perhaps plot? Or I can attempt to get my ass on that reply I still owe you if you'd like to still carry on with that one (or both? hmmmmmmm)))
She's looking around a state, flitting from town to town on hardly used wings. It's not so much a reason of exploration for her as it is restlessness. Halloween's over and she's kept to herself for far too long. It's a wonder who she might run into.

Dear past me...
Dear Past me;
The times ahead will be troubling. But Never ever, ever question your resolve. You’re surrounded by people who love you and who will fight for you.
You will succeed.
You will overcome.
But you will cry, and you will suffer losses.
Just remember, that everything will be all right. Everything will work out.
And you will Triumph.
