"I miss you, Czech" "And I you, Pole"

Since closing borders due to coronavirus outbreak, many border towns like Cieszyn/Těšín, usually existing as one, suddenly became divided. Those photos of banners hung on two sides of the border appeared in most of our national news and social media and I thought I will share them here as well, as they are a proof that people's solidarity and just general kindness are even more evident in those trying times.

I made this mistake to read what Americans are writing under posts about Belarus and... God. they will never understand what it's like to live in eastern europe, in a post-communist country, they will never understand what it's like to live under dictatorship. that Belarusian struggles are nothing like their struggles. that people are being tortured in prisons there RIGHT NOW, in year 2020. that Western world not caring about Eastern Europe and its struggles is NOTHING NEW for us, because it has always been like that. wake. up. and if I see another American comparing Trump to Lukashenka I will fucking explode. can you not make everything about yourself for once in your life??????
