HO HO HO HERE COMES MORE OF THE SECRET SANTA TRAIN! For Slayers Secret Santa for @goodbyenorthernlights here is Rezo not being evil for once and offering you some tea! Will you drink it?
I gotta say she’s really cool and kinda mysterious. Dunno why she hangs around with that guy tho. She seems so annoyed by him.
I kinda admire her honestly. I mean a woman on the road and she’s so skilled! Nothing really like the others I’ve seen out and about. Plus she’s so collected. I wonder if I could be more like her one day...
Hi @glittercanblog, I am your giftee for Slayers Secret Santa! Many apologies for the lateness, but I hope you enjoy this Lina/Xellos fic I wrote for you.
Prompt was Lina in her room at the inn, unable to sleep thinking about her past battles. Xellos senses her pensive to anxious/troubled mood and arrives. He comforts her. (Comforting her with his penis is allowed.)
There is some hot and heavy action within the read more, with the high possibility of there being a sequel. ;)
Comfort from an Unlikely Source
It should have been a lot easier to fall asleep after the long days’ worth of traveling she and Gourry had. But here she was, sitting up in bed in the middle of the night, unable to sleep for fear of what her dreams may find in her subconscious.
Over the past week, Lina had reoccurring nightmares. The first was Rezo, who later evolved into Kopi Rezo. Those nightmares were the easy ones. However, she was soon haunted by visions of Gaav and Phibrizo and the pain they inflicted. Amelia and Zelgadis bathed in each other’s blood… Sylphiel falling to her death as she called out for her father one last time… Martina encouraging her… Gourry’s soul on the precipice of being destroyed.
But it was being sucked up into a golden void that scared her the most. Not having control over her own body, no longer herself. The emptiness that soon followed.
Lina rubbed her face as she felt the prick of tears in her eyes. She was just one woman. Why did it always fall on her shoulders to save the world? Even when her sister was called to act, she let it fall to Lina. They had always won, but the sorceress couldn’t help but wonder what if. What if she failed the next battle she was forced into?
With a small sob, she allowed herself the relief that came with crying. Thankfully, Gourry was in his own bedroom that night. She didn’t want to worry him.
Someone was concerned for her, however.
Phasing in front of her bedroom window, Xellos looked over the sorceress, curious about what was causing such delicious emotions within her. He noted the bags under her eyes once she moved her hands away. Had she not been sleeping well?
Even though he enjoyed the taste of human sorrow, the mazoku priest found Lina’s to be… not to his palette.
‘Yare yare…’ Xellos thought to himself, then sighed. He was going to have to fix this somehow.
Phasing inside the room, he floated nearby, hovering around her bed. “Well, this is a rare vision if I dare say so, Lina-san,” he said.
Lina perked up, hearing his voice, and blinked. “Xellos! What are you doing here?”
“That is—”
“Finish that sentence, and I will pummel you to the ground.”
Xellos held his smile even with the threat. It gave him a bit of relief knowing she could revert to her old self so quickly.
He floated closer, now able to see the remains of tear tracks on her face, and, raising a gloved hand, he brushed them away, leaving the sorceress to blink her garnet eyes over the tender gesture.
“Xellos—”
“I would like, if I may, to listen to whatever ails you, Lina-san.”
“Since when do mazoku care about human problems?”
“We can find it in ourselves if the human is special enough.”
Lina suddenly blushed at that. The pink color on her cheeks was rather becoming.
“L-listen, I don’t know what you’re trying to pull here, but I don’t feel like having to decipher what you’re saying.”
Xellos sighed. “I’m not trying to pull anything, Lina-san. No tricks, no secrets, no orders from my master.” He reached over to cup her chin and lifted her face towards his. “I’m just a mazoku who cares about you.”
Lina’s breath hitched. It was almost like a love confession from the way he just spoke. “I… I…”
“I… I…” Xellos mocked before he put his smiling face on. It made Lina see red like a bull, and she gave him a quick uppercut punch. While he recovered, she pouted and looked away, holding herself.
“This is just like you, trying to take advantage of a vulnerability.”
“I’m not taking advantage of anything, though I must admit… you are quite becoming in that nightshirt.”
Lina’s eyes went wide, and she had a sharp retort on her tongue, but before she could lash it out, Xellos’s lips were upon her own.
Stunned, speechless, and surprised could not do justice to what Lina was currently feeling. Her hands weakly went to punch at his chest but soon rested there as she allowed herself to feel something other than the unrest she had from earlier.
Tilting her head up as she returned the kiss, she gently moaned into his mouth. Part of her wondered if she had just betrayed Gourry, but the thought was fleeting when she felt Xellos’s hands wander up her back.
“X-Xellos… what are you…”
“Shh, allow me to comfort you, Lina-san… in the best way I know how...”
“I don’t need comfort…” Lina said, though her words were weak when Xellos cupped one of her breasts. Suddenly, Lina’s face was redder than her hair, and it only grew in shade as Xellos made a sound of approval in his throat.
“The perfect fit in the palm of my hand…” Xellos said as he turned and gave her a small smirk.
“Now, let’s get to putting a smile on your face.”
He felt Lina take a deep breath as she slowly nodded her consent. It would appear the sorceress craved the kind of comfort he was willing to provide. But he still wanted to hear it.
“Out loud, Lina-san…”
“I… I want to Xellos…”
Even if it were just to herself, Lina couldn’t deny that she was excited by the idea of having sex with Xellos. A coil was forming in her belly and not just from nerves. The proof was in the moisture that was pooling between her legs.
She had to admit she fantasized once or twice. Xellos was tempting in that way.
Her response obviously affected him as well, as she noted his Adam’s apple bobbing in this throat as he swallowed.
Pulling his head closer to hers, Lina pressed her mouth against his, the kiss being hot and insistent. His hands grasped for her waist, pushing her down onto the bed until their bodies were pressed together.
The noise Xellos made when her tongue slid against his had her blood turn into hot fire, pulsing in incessant waves straight to her core.
Xellos pulled away from her mouth, his violet eyes opening to meet hers for a split second while his hand gently brushed her hair away from her neck. The look in his eyes left her shuddering. Then his mouth was on her, exploring the long column of her throat.
Nipping and kissing and sucking his way up, Lina’s head rolled back and to the side to give him better access until he reached her ear. His hot breath on the sensitive skin of her ear made her whimper, and she clenched her thighs together as unrelenting heat built up between them as he bit down softly on her lobe.
His mouth on her skin and his hands on her body felt so good—better than she had imagined. The look in his lustful gaze as he took her in made her insides clench in anticipation.
She pressed against him firmly, feeling him hardening against her palm. They kept their eyes on each other as she cupped her fingers around him through his pants, squeezing him softly.
Xellos didn’t know what to say. He was so used to fulfilling others’ needs, being used by them for their wants. To have Lina even touch him like this to give him a modicum of pleasure was astounding to him.
He let out a moan as she tightened her grip around him, thrusting his hips a little as she stroked him through the thin layer of his trousers. Her grip on him felt amazing, better somehow than when he fed on human emotions.
Simply knowing it was Lina, the one blessed by L-sama, who was touching him somehow made it all the more pleasurable, all the more erotic, even with thin layers of fabric in between them. His mind instantly conjured up images of skin-to-skin contact, of what he would do to her now that she had allowed him access to her.
He was about to pounce on her like a wolf when they both froze as a sudden knock was heard on the door.
“Hey Lina, time for breakfast!” Gourry called from the other side of the door. “Better hurry, or I’m going to eat it all.”
Lina’s eye began to twitch as she knocked Xellos out of bed and hurried to change into her travel clothes.
“Oh, like hell you are, Gourry!!” she yelled before slamming the door on the mazoku.
Xellos sighed to himself and propped his cheek into his hand. “Well, at least I distracted her from crying long enough.”
(runs with toast) I'm LATE!!! 💦 But I was @Theotokosstan's secret Santa this year. The prompt was Filia and Xelloss sharing a quiet moment over tea (or arguing about it, so here's a little of both)😉 AO3 link below because apparently this thing is too big for tumblr or something. P.S. I apologize in advance for Cockney Jillas, that's...just the way he talks in my head...Val's here too though! Look at him, he's a cute baby!
The first time Xelloss laughed was when he was quite young, freshly formed from the darkness of Zelas, in the autumn of an ancient year, standing beneath a grove of trees that had turned all the shades of red.
They were a fairer, fierier, more vibrant red still than the blood that had splattered his fingers and face, and he feared for a moment that death was not so beautiful as life; that is, until one of the dying soldiers told him the trees looked that way because their leaves died and perennially fell.
Then he laughed; he laughed with a terrible cold glee. He laughed because it was ironic: the world his elders so wished to destroy understood the beauty of death far better than they ever could.
