shima's event. We very well know his past from various events and his main story yet it is a teensy bit of disappointment that in the current anniversary event MC doesn't know. Anyway it was a good event and we will have to wait for another year to get a continuation

Mochizuki Shima Walkthrough

~The Drifting Twilight~

As always for new characters, I’m more than willing to spend my love passes & hearts to fly through the stories and even though I felt Shima’s story to be a tad too short (or maybe just not developed enough for my liking), it was a straightforward teenage love story for me (in the sense it tugged my heartstrings at all the right places🥺).

So here’s my take on his route! May have missed out some details here and there but this is for anyone who needs it 🥰

What did you think of Shima's route in SLBP? I loved how the MC was actually a capable ninja for once ("leave it to me") and Shima making sure consent was given was about the hottest thing I've ever seen in this game.

To be honest I only finished about half before I had to switch to Yasu’s Act 2. And I haven’t even finished THAT route yet. I’ve had no energy to read and it sucks so badly.

But what I did read of Shima’s route I enjoyed completely. I really do love him as a character. And MC in the route was so strong and decisive on her own, which is refreshing. She makes her choices and sticks to her guns and I love that. I look forward to finishing it. Whenever I get out of this funk 😭

Kohaku was speaking out of my soul. Like, why is Shima this way? I have only ever read his ES but I never liked him. I really tried to find something good in his character but I just couldn't. He's always sooo moody and keeps everything a secret. I know some might say Saizo is the same, but at least he treats MC better. He doesn't passive-aggressively try to make MC feel guilty all the time as if she is always at fault for something, or did something wrong, etc. I love how Kohaku comments on this and tries to make her see how Shima is treating her although since this is a Shima ES they will always somehow "make up" in a way or try to justify his behavior. I somehow get more annoyed with every Shima ES (I really tried to see why people like him ;_;)

lol I think I will just skip through them in the future.

Sorry for the rant. Anyways, here some handsome Kohaku. I really liked this familiar Event, hopefully, they make one with the others. (I remember seeing it being a Japanese-only release. Maybe they will translate it in the future?)
