You’ve heard of sleep eaters, now we present sleep dancers.
Real Sort Of Just Bloody Bizarre
I had the weirdest night of my life last night. Nothing crazy happened, just my body decided that busting a move underneath my duvet was more important than actually going to sleep.
As tired as I was, I hit the hay around 11:30pm and shut my eyes. Like a fool, I anticipated the sandman to grace me with sleep. Instead, every time I shut my eyes and attempted to go to the land of nod, my body decided to flail certain limbs around wildly.
You know when you're asleep and you punch something in your dream only to wake yourself up by punching the wall? It was like that. This unconscious tango continued till around 1:30am. By which time I was on the brink of joining Diversity and my bed was on the verge of ejecting me out of the window.
My body is so bloody bizarre sometimes.
Dancing in the dark.
Something went down in my sleep last night, of which I can only recall nectridians (from my GEL final Monday) and non-stop popping (from popping insanity Sunday ..?). Only sleep-dancing dishevels my sheets the way I found them when my alarm rang at 5:00am. Dancing and school have permeated my cycle.
