Remy smirked, tugging Patton’s hand. Patton’s laugh made his heart soar. Today- today he wanted to show this sunshine of a man just how he made him feel. Patton’s fingers curled in his hold, twisting until their fingers fit together.

“Ready?” he asked, face soft.

“Probably not,” Patton admitted, “But I trust you.”

Remy grinned, “I would normally suggest against that, but then you’d leave me and we can’t have that happening now, can we?”

Patton laughed even louder as the wind picked up as the plane doors opened. Remy adjusted Patton’s parachute, and sent the two of them flying.
