Today’s #yogawithadriene affirmation was “I trust.” A few weeks ago I learned about four dimensions of trust: sincerity, reliability, competence, and care. I generally don’t fuck with people I think are insincere. Reliability can be worked around, competence can be taught. But the care thing seems to be where I’m particularly touchy.
