Sleepy

Simon is a very sleepy man. He may force himself out of bed at 0400 every single day without fail. But that doesn’t mean he’s any less exhausted when he pries himself out from under the warm sheets.

He may act like he’s perfectly “fine” every day. Acting like this doesn’t bother him at all; the early mornings.

But it does

And Johnny gets the honor of witnessing this first hand.

Once they got together, Simon started staying with Johnny in his room at night. Making up an excuse that it was for Johnny’s benefit and not his own.

After a week of their little routine settling into place, Johnny was beyond aware of how big of a baby Ghost was in the mornings.

Every single day without fail, Ghost would throw his mini fits once their alarm sounded. Curling into Soap’s side more, arms clinging tighter, whining against the man’s chest when Johnny forces him up, mumbling incoherent nonsense trying to plead his case of “five more minutes.”

Before, he was beyond disciplined with his sleep schedule. Now, he would rather lay in Johnny’s arms and sleep the day away if he could.

It made Johnny’s heart melt, seeing the big scary Ghost lie against his chest, yawning and clingy. He hated pulling the man from the warmth of the sheets. He never would, if they were allowed that luxury.

But one thing was certain

Johnny loved his sleepy boy.

Imagine if Ghoap fight over who gets to cuddle with your thighs or who gets to have you on top of them like a weighted blanket.

Imagine if Soap is sitting up against the wall next to the bed with you using his thighs as your pillow. Sketching in his lil journal or fiddling with a new fuse box for an unorthodox bomb. And sometimes you move so slow and soft, just so you can give his small tummy chub a few lil kisses.

While Ghost on his side, head framed by your pretty thighs. Making small grunts everytime you shift or move because he can feel all of the muscles around his head tense and it makes him tense until he feels your thighs become soft again. And then he goes soft again and falls into that blissful state of semi wake but just sleepy enough that nothing bothers him at all.

So seeing that Glint sings to Crow a lot of people have apply that to other Ghosts and have it be something they all do. Do you think Roach and Solas would sing to Ghost and Soap? Or hum? Or do you think they’d do something else that would help them sleep or vice versa?

Roach acts like a cat and sleep on Ghost.

Solas and Soap both sing to each other. Especially when on solo missions. Usually some random pop song that Soap remembers randomly.

If one of them starts the other one joins in. Ghost gets annoyed by it when they’re on mission together.
