today was really rough but I ended it curling up with some sleepy tea and doing new year tarot readings with @grandeurlupus and I feel a lil better

I made a tea blend on Adagio that I tried last night and BOY did it send me right to sleep! Plus, the package came with a cute Kay label on it! You can get some here if you’d like, it’s a Chamomile, Rooibos Tea, Peppermint & Natural Vanilla Flavor with a Lavender accent. It smells AMAZING and tastes great too!

SLEEP DRINK

a drink to help you fall asleep

So to all you witches who stay up late during school breaks, sometimes its hard to get back into a good sleeping schedule. You cant get to sleep and such. It can also help if you have insomnia

I tried this "tea" yesterday and by the time i was going to sleep i was exhausted and my eyes were so sleepy.

GATHER:

milk

maple syrup (or honey preferably )

cinnamon

Pour milk into one of your favourite cups and heat it up for around 1:30 mins

Add around 1 teaspoon (or more)and a good sized amount of maple syrup into the milk

Stir clockwise with the intent of going to sleep fast and sleeping well

Whilst doing that picture a soft white light filling the cup.

As you drink it , or at least for the first few sips, picture the soft white light going down the throat and into your stomach and filling you up.

You can also add a chant or create a spell to go with this if you want to.
