“Ah, I thought I saw your name against one of the stores on the rota for today,” Ruby glanced over to the paperwork neatly stacked on her desk. The rota was in there . . . somewhere . . . Turning her gaze back to Dwyer she smiled cheerfully.

“Now that I think about it, I was intending to go to the staff store today. The last battle took quite a lot of my healing staves and while I usually use Hoshidian festals I have been meaning to try Nohrian healing staves.”

The manakete nods at the reply, having half expected it. As much as she would like to assist Dwyer in some way, the last thing she wants to do is get him into trouble. (Though Jakob could hardly complain given she used to help him in his early butler days) She smiles brightly at the other’s offer, nodding in agreement as she took a delicate sip of her coffee.

“I would be happy to accompany you. Where are we needed?”

Ruby smiles brightly as she shakes her head lightly.

“No, no. Surprising me with coffee and cake as well as keeping me company is very kind of you, I can’t ask anymore of you,” she sips her coffee delicately. “Is there anything you require my assistance with? I am not skilled with tea preparation but perhaps I can help you with something?”

Dwyer’s been so kind and helpful since his arrival to the astral castle.. She would love to repay his kindness with some of her own.
