Day 5 workout on day 6: This was not pretty. I’m just a woman, a mom, working towards improving my overall health and fit into some cute clothes again. Shortcuts exist but I’m not willing to go that route. Yesterday I woke up too late and missed day 5. Today’s workout 🏋🏽♀️ included more strength training. Squat press, bent over rows, liberty 🗽lunges, an Irish ☘️ jig, L-raises, mountain 🏔 climbers, and an elbow plank all at 60 second intervals and 30 seconds of rest in between. I wasn’t nearly as focused today as I was earlier this week. I’ve got a long way to go.
