with his last visit to carl, the conversation had drifted to leo. he had been avoiding all thought of carl’s son throughout the revolution --- memories of that night would come flooding back, him pushing leo, carl crawling to his son, the police pointing their gun at him --- and caused an unpleasant churning feeling. but carl had requested for him to find leo, and try to get him into some sort of rehab. even with his hesitance, he could not deny his adoptive father anything.

locating leo had been difficult, and it took much longer than the rk200 had initially anticipated. even with his hesitance, he wasn’t going to give up. he finally had found where leo was staying --- a motel that definitely wasn’t in the best shape --- and found his way in. he felt bad --- indecent --- for barging in like this, but he knows he hardly had a choice

markus’ brows furrow as his eyes dart around, processors analyzing the room around him. his thirium pump quickens as he notices a form on the floor. it was leo.

❛ leo! ❜ markus quickly rushes to the form on the floor, kneeling beside him and analyzing his physical state. he had overdosed on red ice. his state was critical. none of this was good.

fun fact !!! being raised in a good christian home, i wasn’t allowed to watch pokemon, have the cards, or play the games. so, i never got that into it, with the exception of playing through y. but with what little i do know, i’m going with lucario.
