This Paleo Plantain Pizza Crust can be used instead of regular pizza crusts if you don't want to eat grains. It's made with coconut flour and ripe plantains, which makes a slightly sweet base for your favorite toppings.
Ingredients: 2 ripe plantains, peeled and chopped. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 2 tbsp arrowroot flour. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp sea salt.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. To make the plantains smooth, put them in a food processor and chop them up. Olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and coconut flour should all be added. Mix until a dough forms. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the dough into a round shape that is about 1/4 inch thick. Place the pie in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is firm and golden around the edges. Take it out of the oven and let it cool a bit before adding any toppings you want. After adding the toppings, put the pizza back in the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the toppings are warm all the way through.
