A delicious and gluten-free pizza crust made with cassava flour, perfect for those following a Paleo diet or needing a gluten-free option.
Ingredients: 2 cups cassava flour. 1/2 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1/2 cup warm water.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400F 200C. In a large mixing bowl, combine cassava flour, coconut flour, olive oil, baking powder, and sea salt. Gradually add warm water while mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth. Divide the dough into two equal portions for thin crust or leave as one for thicker crust. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to desired thickness. Remove the top parchment paper and transfer the crust onto a baking sheet. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden. Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes or until toppings are cooked and crust is crispy. Slice and serve hot.
