i know that's always hard for me too. when you have to list positive things about urself im always like im happy with my grades??? it's difficult to think of that
we already did the “good things about yourself” but like... personal acomplishments no related to work?? what are those??IS THERE ANYTHING BESIDES WORKS

That you wake up. That you try each day even if it's hard. That you have things in your life that make you happy - hockey. That you have friends that won't let you push them away even when you try. That YOU ARE STILL HERE AND IT MEANS SOMETHING xxx
