Slime Conan AU doodle.

Ran lets Conan play with the Sonoko's trio of slimes she adopted a while ago. They immediately run into a crime scene and chaos ensues.

Genta and Mitsuhiko see a tasty cake but what does Conan see?

Does he also see a tasty cake or the fact that one of the chocolate sticks aren't like the others?

Haibara and Ayumi are just vibing. Maybe they are also talking about the cake, or the watermelon, or the tablecloth. Sonoko will pay for the damages so it's a buffet(!?)

Slime Conan AU continues! Ayumi, Genta, and Mitsuhiko dragged Conan into their team because of course they do. Like the canon universe where they are real children, they go on a fun adventure on regular basis and sometimes run into danger / strange situations.

Here they are true slimes. They just... exist. Sonoko keeps them and sometimes bring them to school. Sometimes they get toys from her too!

So... right now, the lore is that the slimes are chic stuff trend. They're easy to raise, able to eat pretty much any kind of food or random pebbles on the ground. They don't actively hunt because they can just go after rocks or junk so they're not a danger to life (but they might be a danger to your property). As for their origins, magic, probably.
