Slim "The hammer man" Farman levering his hammers. Probably about 28 pounds per hammer in this pic!! I dont know how much more of a role model I could have in old time strong man than Slim Farman. He holds the record in wrist levering and no one will ever come close to his best.... let alone a 28lb lever.
I have recently got back into my levering and have been able to lever an 8lb hammer. Every time I hear of Slim Farman it makes me want to lever more and plan to hit at least 10lbs this year.
